This salad is so refreshing and perfect for the summer! 🌞

You’ll need:
- 1 cup cooked orzo noodles (gluten free if possible)
- 1 cup cooked chicken (or not if you are vegan)
- 1 tomato diced
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 2 tsp tzatziki sauce to top it off
Mix everything together and refrigerate for a couple hours before serving. Enjoy! 😋
